<br />more, herein called the Mortgagor, .and THE OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF G1tM ISLAND,
<br />Grand Island, Hail County, Nebraska, herein called the Abrtgagee, hereby agree as
<br />follows:
<br />1. Mortgagor has executed and delivered to Mortgagee a reel estate mortgage
<br />dated March 2, 1961, and recorded on Warch 9, 1981, as Document No. 81 -W1135 in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of a certain
<br />mortgage note for $60,000.00, a valid subsisting obligation of the•Mortggpr, and
<br />payment of the remainder of the principal and accrued interest thereon shall be-due
<br />according to the term of the aforementioned real estate mortgage,; modified and pay-
<br />able in the following manner:
<br />A mortgage. note dated March 2, 1981, on which a principal
<br />balance of $52,672.42 now -renains unpaid, will be repaid
<br />-in *35* monthly payments of $642.81, applied first to.
<br />interest, balance to principal, beginning on June 1,,1989,
<br />and continuing on the 1st day of each month, unto tdhy 1,
<br />1992, when the entire unpaid principal balance pluir
<br />accrued interest will be fully due and - payable.
<br />The interest rate on the mortgwe note will be increased
<br />to 11:0% effe E�tive May 1, 1985.
<br />2.. A?::. %i±:r teims and conditions contained in the original real estate
<br />mortgage dated M� "2, 1981, shall renain the same, and this Modification Agreement
<br />is made a pc=t of the original real.estate mortgage by reference and shall inure to
<br />all succors and assigns and their heirs.
