Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by THOMAS H
<br />FAUSCH AND BARBARA A FAUSCH, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Baack,
<br />Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 25, 1999 CSC
<br />and recorded SEPTEMBER 1, 1999 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, �-
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument 99108719 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the

<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
