STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged <br />, 2017 by TPCR DEVELOPMENTS <br />Company, by TIM C. PLATE, its Manager. <br />201707665 <br />on Lots contained within the Properties. Trees or plantings <br />other than those installed by Owner /developer must be <br />approved by the Association prior to their installation. No <br />vegetable or flower gardens or playground equipment shall <br />be allowed on any of the Lots. Outside clotheslines are <br />prohibited on any of the Lots. Any fences must be <br />approved by the Association. <br />v. Campers, motor homes, trailers, and boats shall not be <br />permitted to be parked on the Lots for more than 24 hours <br />in any seven (7) day period. <br />vi. The Association is specifically authorized hereunder to <br />contract with any third party to manage the Properties or <br />provide maintenance or services as provided herein. <br />vii. In the event that any maintenance or repair is caused <br />through the willful or negligent act of any Owner, his or her <br />family, guest or invitees, or his or her pet, the cost of such <br />maintenance shall be promptly paid by such Owner. <br />viii.
