2 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />)§ <br />COUNTY OF ADAMS ) <br />d <br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />Terry Anstine,' ' resi ent <br />oe <br />►--4 <br />c) <br />P e Points Bank of Hastings, 2815 Osborne Drive West, Hastings, NE 68901 <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank of Hastings, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of Trust dated September 28, 2010, executed by STEVEN C GROETEKE AND <br />MARILYN J GROETEKE; HUSBAND AND WIFE; as Trustor, in which the undersigned, Five <br />Points Bank of Hastings, as Beneficiary, is requesting said Trustee to reconvey said Deed <br />of Trust, which was recorded October 6, 2010, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall <br />County, Nebraska as Instrument #0201007334. <br />In accordance with the request of Beneficiary the Trustee reconveys to the person <br />or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim acquired by the <br />Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following: <br />LOT TWENTY (20) AMICK ACRES EAST SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been <br />paid. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of <br />Reconveyance, at Hastings, Nebraska, this 23rd day of October, 2017. <br />FIVE POINTS BANK OF HASTINGS <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 23rd day of <br />October, 2017, by Terry R Anstine, President of Five Points Bank of Hastings, a Nebraska <br />corporation, on behalf of said corporation as Trustee and Beneficiary. <br />1GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska , 2018 <br />JODY MUSICH <br />`* My Comm.
