Hall dated August 26, 1982, GRANTOR, in consideration <br />of TWO DOLLARS AND 00 /100 ($2.00) DOLLARS received from <br />GRANTEE, Rodney K. Gangwish and Jane A. Gangwish, husband and <br />wife, as joint tenants, conveys to GRANTEE the following <br />described real estate (as described in Neb.
