CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />KELLY J. CLAPP, and LINDA K. OAKLEY, single persons, as Joint Tenants not Tenants <br />in common, ASSIGNORS, do hereby assign to EQUITABLE BANK, ASSIGNEE, as additional <br />security for payment of a loan made to Assignors by Assignee in the amount of <br />$ $84,000,00 the Lease dated November 1, 2017, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the <br />Lessor and Assignors are the Lessees, pertaining to the following - described premises: <br />Lot Twenty (20), having a lakefront footage of One Hundred (100') Feet, situated <br />on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the <br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2SW1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />It is understood that if the Assignors pay said indebtedness of <br />$ 84,000, 00 with interest and according to the provisions of the <br />Financing Statement given by them to the Assignee, that this Conditional Assignment of said <br />Lease will thereafter be null and void and of no furt r for nor effect. <br />DATED: November 3 <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />WITNESS my hand and Notarial Seal <br />GENERAL NOTARY - State of Nebraska <br />MARNIE SCHAGER SUNDERMEIER <br />My Comm.
