Babcock and <br />Tracy L. Babcock, husband and wife, hereby sell, set over, and assign unto Kelly J. Clapp and <br />Linda K. Oakley, single persons, as joint tenants, the following property: <br />A. All of our lease rights wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. was the Lessor <br />and Terry L. Babcock and Tracy L. Babcock were the Lessees, and <br />pertaining to: <br />Lot Twenty (20), having a lakefront footage of One Hundred (100') Feet, situated <br />on the East side of the East portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the <br />East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1/2SW1/4) of Section Thirteen (13), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor. <br />B. All improvements on said above - described premises. <br />C. Any other personal property situated on or about the improvements on said <br />premises. <br />D.
