WAIVER TEAD <br />In accordance with the' provisions of the <br />Homestead Protection Act, Neb. Rev. Sta4. Sec. 76-15 <br />Dennis R. Crowell and Phylis L. Crowell, husband <br />undersigned Trustors in the attached Deed of Trust <br />and acknowledge: <br />1 <br />Nebraska Farm <br />001, et seq., <br />and wife, the <br />hereby state <br />1. 'That we and each of us understand that we or any of us <br />have the right to make a designation of a redemptive homestead in <br />the Deed of Trust in accordance with the orovisicns of the <br />Nebraska Farm Homestead Protection Act; <br />2. That we further understand that the execution of this <br />Waiver of Redemptive Homestead constitutes a waiver of rights <br />otherwise available to us for the purpose of affording us the <br />opportunity to retain a homestead in the event of a default upon <br />the Deed of Trust; and <br />3. That we and each of us hereby waive the rights <br />available to us to designate a redemptive homestead in accordance <br />with the Nebraska Farm Homestead Protection Act, and hereby waive <br />the rights we may otherwise have available to us for the purpose <br />of affording us at: opportunity to retain a homestead in the event <br />of a default upon the Deed of Tru <br />Dennis R.
