STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set forth the terms <br />and conditions under which the Licensee may construct, maintain, repair, and utilize the following <br />described improvement which will infringe upon public right -of -way dedicated to the Licensor: <br />Placement of seven (7) bike racks within the public right -of -way at the properties addressed as 103 <br />E South Front Street, 221 E South Front Street, 217 W North Front Street, 217 N Pine Street, 309 <br />N Pine Street, 320 W 2 °d Street, and 115 S Walnut Street, per the attached exhibits "A ", "B ", "C ", <br />"D ", "E", "F ", and "G ". A minimum of six (6) feet clearance shall be maintained at all times to <br />allow public use of the sidewalk. If at any time the City of Grand Island deems such clearance <br />isn't being maintained when the bike racks are in use modifications shall be made to allow for the <br />minimum six (6) feet clearance at the sole expense of the Licensee. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEE'S REAL ESTATE. The Licensee owns the following described <br />real estate containing said public right -of -way to which this License Agreement shall apply: <br />LOT 4, BLOCK 54, ORIGINAL TOWN TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. — PARCEL #400004178 <br />ALL OF BLOCKS 52 & 53 & PART OF VACATED KIMBALL AVENUE, ORIGINAL TOWN TO THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. — PARCEL #400004097 <br />ALL OF LOT 4 & W 'h OF LOT 3, BLOCK 56, ORIGINAL TOWN TO THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. — PARCEL #400004569 <br />NORTH '/2 OF BLOCK 67, ORIGINAL TOWN TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA. — PARCEL #400005735 <br />11 Page <br />GRAND ISLAND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 8 <br />BIKE RACKS @ VARIOUS LOCATIONS <br />
