201707400 <br /> REAL ESTATE MORTGAGE <br /> KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Monty Shultz, Counseling & <br /> Neurofeedback, LLC. , of Grand Island, Hall County, State of <br /> Nebraska, in consideration of the sum of Forty-Four Thousand <br /> Dollars and NO/100 DOLLARS ($44, 000 . 00) in hand paid, do hereby <br /> SELL and CONVEY unto Jerry L. Benker and Jeanne M. Benker, husband <br /> and wife of Hall County, and State of Nebraska, to-wit: <br /> The Easterly Half (1/2) of Fractional Lot Seven (7) <br /> in Fractional Block One Hundred Four (104) in Railroad <br /> Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> and the Easterly Half of Fractional Lot (7) in Fractional <br /> Block One Hundred Four (104) in Koenig and Wiebe' s Addition <br /> to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br /> The intention being to convey hereby an absolute title in fee <br /> simple, including all the rights of homestead and dower. <br /> TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, with all <br /> the appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said mortgagee and <br /> to their heirs and assigns forever, provided always, and these <br /> presents are upon the express condition that if the said <br /> mortgagor, shall pay or cause to be paid to the said mortgagees, <br /> their heirs, executors, administrators or assigns, the principal <br /> sum of $44, 000 . 00 payable as follows, to-wit: <br /> The principal shall be paid as follows to wit: <br /> 1) Payment of $14, 666. 67 on November 1, 2017; <br /> 2) Payment of $14, 666. 67 on November 1, 2018; <br /> 3) Payment of $14, 666. 66 on November 1, 2019, <br /> according to the tenor and effect of the mortgagor' s written <br /> promissory note bearing even date with these presents and shall <br /> pay all taxes and assessments levied upon said real estate, and <br /> all other taxes, levies and assessments levied upon this mortgage <br /> or the note which this mortgage is given to secure, before the <br /> same becomes delinquent, and keep the buildings on said premises <br /> insured for the sum of $44, 000. 00, loss, if any, payable to the <br /> said mortgagee, then these presents to be void, otherwise to be <br /> and remain in full force. <br />
