Feb. 27, 2018 <br />=v <br />rn <br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />25 St. James Place, Grand Island, Nebraska, 68801 <br />Pathway Bank <br />Trustee <br />By: Le'l <br />Max D Emerton <br />Market President <br />AFTER RECORDING RETURN TO: <br />��Pathway Bank <br />� PO Box 250 <br />Burwell, NE 68823 <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Theodore <br />N Aldrich and Roxanne R Aldrich, husband and wife, Grantors, to Pathway Bank, a <br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated April 15, 2014 in which <br />Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being <br />recorded April 23, 2014 in Instrument No. 201402372 of the Mortgage Records of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of $82,098.00 Dollars, has been <br />paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance <br />be executed and delivered; <br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of <br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons <br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as <br />follow: <br />Lot twenty five (25) Block (7) Unit (1), in Continental Gardens, an addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, <br />at Burwell, Nebraska, this 24th day of October, 2017. <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 24th day of <br />October, 2017, by Max Emerton, Market President for Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking <br />Corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />
