RASMUSSEN, a /k /a JUDITH A. RIVERA RASMUSSEN, Grantor, in <br />consideration of the sum of Seventy -three Thousand Five Hundred Dollars <br />($73,500.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which <br />is hereby acknowledged, convey to JOSE R. ALVARADO and ALONDRA YOLANDA <br />TREVINO ALVARADO, husband and wife, Grantees, as Joint Tenants, the <br />following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. <br />76 -201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />A tract of land comprising a part of Lot "H" Joehnck's <br />Subdivision situated in the Southeast Quarter (SE1 /4) of <br />Section Fifteen (15), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine <br />(9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the <br />northerly line of Bismark Road, said point being One Hundred <br />Seventy -three and Five Tenths (173.5) feet East of the <br />southeast corner of Lot Six (6), Walker's Subdivision; thence <br />running northwesterly along a line 303.63 feet southwesterly <br />from and parallel to the southwesterly line of Cherry Street <br />a distance of Sixteen and Two Hundredths (16.02) feet, to the <br />southwest corner of Martin Subdivision; thence northeasterly, <br />perpendicular to said 'southwesterly line of Cherry Street, a <br />distance of One Hundred Seventy -three and Eight Tenths (173.8) <br />feet; thence deflecting right 118° 34' and running southerly, <br />a distance of Ninety -seven and Nine Tenths (97.9) feet, to <br />the northerly line of Bismark Road; thence Westerly along said <br />northerly line of Bismark Road, a distance of One Hundred <br />Forty -four and Ninety -two Hundredths (144.92) feet to the <br />place of beginning. <br />Grantor covenants with the Grantees that Grantor: <br />1.
