Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by LARRY J

<br />GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JULY 24, 2000 and
<br />recorded JULY 31, 2000 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument 200006158 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
