<br />You are hereby notified that Kirk L. Hartmann, a single person, as Trustor, did on or about July
<br />28, 2008, December 11, 2012, and on June 27, 2013 make, execute and deliver unto Cornerstone
<br />Bank, fka First State Bank, Shelton, Nebraska, Substitute Trustee, and Cornerstone Bank, Trustee,
<br />Deeds of Trust wherein said Trustor conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />Lot One (1), B & D Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />Which is commonly referred to as 11678 W Old Potash Highway, Wood River, NE 68883 -9767
<br />as security for repayment of loans which the Trustor obtained from Cornerstone Bank, fka First
<br />State Bank, Shelton, Nebraska and Cornerstone Bank, Beneficiaries of said Deeds of Trust, which were
<br />recorded August 4, 2008 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument
<br />No. 200806685 of the Mortgage Records of said County, and December 27, 2012 in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 201211048 of the Mortgage Records of
<br />said County, and July 29, 2013 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 201306079 of the Mortgage Records of said County, respectively.
<br />Cornerstone Bank has become Beneficiary on the above first- recorded Trust Deed by reason of
<br />its merger with the First State Bank, Shelton, Nebraska, and has nominated itself as Trustee and
<br />memorialized this by filing a Substitution of Trustee in conjunction with this document and put the public
<br />on notice with a Substitution of Trustee previously filed for record on in the Hall County Mortgage
<br />Records.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustor for which
<br />the Trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustor has failed to pay the Beneficiary
<br />payments that were contractually due; that the Trustor's inaction has adversely effected Beneficiary's
<br />security and the prospect of payment and that performance or realization of the collateral is significantly
<br />impaired.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid
<br />principal balance, together with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has
<br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said
<br />obligation.
