The undersigned is the Secretary of Riverside Acres Homeowners Association, Inc. <br />(the Corporation) and by the execution hereof states and affirms that more than a two - thirds <br />majority of the owners of the Lots within the Properties have voted to adopt the following <br />Amendment to the Amended and Restated Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions and <br />Conditions for Replat of Riverside Acres, filed on June 29, 2007 with the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds as Instrument Number 200705493: <br />Paragraph 5. of the Amended and Restated Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions and <br />Conditions for Replat of Riverside Acres, filed on June 29, 2007 with the Hall County <br />Register of Deeds as Instrument Number 200705493 is hereby Amended so that said <br />Paragraph 5. shall hereafter read as follows <br />5. GARAGES. Private enclosed garages on any lot within the Properties, whether <br />attached to the main residential structure or detached, may open to the front entrance side of the <br />main residential structure. Any detached garage or other outbuilding shall be of the same <br />quality and material of construction as the outside finish and roof of the residential structure <br />and shall be subject to Section 4. APPROVAL OF PLANS and all other Sections of the <br />Amended and Restated Restrictive Covenants, Restrictions and Conditions For Replat of <br />Riverside Acres dated June 27, 2007. <br />The undersigned is Secretary of Riverside Acres Homeowners Association, Inc.
