Dowding, as Trustee, for the benefit of Library <br />Restaurant and Lounge, Inc. and /or Curtis and Richelle Cellar, husband and wife as joint tenants, as <br />Beneficiaries, filed and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of <br />Nebraska, on March 18, 2014, as Instrument No. 201401514, has been paid, and the Beneficiaries <br />have requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiaries, <br />the Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim <br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following described real estate: <br />The Southerly One Hundred Eighteen (118) Feet of Lot Two (2), <br />Block One (1) of Dickey's Subdivision, in the City of Grand <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on September 20, 2017, by Steven <br />W.
