<br />The Grantor, Five Points Bank, a Banking Corporation, a corporation organized and

<br />from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Dwight H. Bond and
<br />Dennis R. Bcnd, herein called the Grantee whether one or more, the following- described

<br />Subject to visible easements and ancroachim -cants and further subject to an easement reserved
<br />to Grantor and Grantor's assigns over the Westerly Twenty Feet (W20') of the land
<br />conveyed hereby for the purposes of ingress and egress from property awned by Grantor
<br />which adjoins the real property sold hereby on the Northerly Boundary thereof to an
<br />access roadway at or near the southerly end of such easement, which roadway lies near
<br />or upon the southerly section line of Section Thirty -Six (36), Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Eleven (11) West of the 6th P.M.

<br />that thny are free from encumbrance; that Grantor has good right and lawful authority

<br />premises against the lawful claims of all persons whosoever.
