Adams a /k/a Becky S. Davis and Alan <br />Davis, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One Dollar and other valuable consideration, <br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto <br />Clayton C. Cushing and Kori M.
