WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Carol J
<br />Staples, a single person, Trustor, to Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated May 15, 2008 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking
<br />Corporation, is Beneficiary, said Deed of Trust being recorded May 16, 2008 as Instrument No
<br />0200804283 of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness
<br />of $31,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally described as
<br />follow:

<br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as follows:

<br />Block; running thence East parallel with the North boundary line of said Lots, a distance of
<br />Seventy (70) Feet; thence South, parallel with the West boundary line of said Lot Four (4), a
<br />distance of Forty Two (42) Feet; thence West, a distance of Seventy (70) Feet; thence North a
<br />distance of Forty Two (42) Feet to the place of Beginning, EXCEPTING therefrom a tract of
