<br />i. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City Coin on '
<br />January 30, 1989, enacted Ordinance No. 7541 which directed the conveyance of the real
<br />estate described below and the manner and terms thereof.
<br />2. Ordinance No. 7541 was published in the Grand Island Daily Independent,
<br />a legal newspaper published in and of general circulation in such City on February 6, 1989,
<br />and immediately thereafter notice of such sale and the terms thereof were published in
<br />the Grand Island Daily independent for three consecutive weeks, on February 7, February
<br />14, and February 21, 1989, all as required by Section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943.
<br />3. No remonstrance against such sale was filed with the City Council of the City
<br />of Grand Island, Nebraska, within thirty days of the passage and publication of such
<br />Ordinance No. 7541.
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7541 provides that if no remonstrance be filed
<br />against such conveyance, the mayor and city clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to the
<br />Grantee a quitclaim deed for said real estate, and the execution of such quitclaim deed
<br />is hereby authorized without further action on behalf of the City Council
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, the City of Grand Island, Nebraska, a municipal corporation
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska, as Grantor, in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other
<br />consideration, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto
<br />FLOYD B. RIBLETT,
<br />a single person, herein called the Grantee, the following de:,cribed real property in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />The northerly 32 feet of the easterly two - thirds of Lot Eight
<br />(8), Block Twenty -eight (28), Original Town, now City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises unto the Grantee and to
<br />Grantee's heirs and assigns forever so long a� the Premises is used in conformity with the
<br />Urban Renewal PIan and the Community Development Plan of the City of Grand Island,
<br />Nebraska, and so long as all the following conditions are met:
<br />1. Grantee shall develop the Premises herein conveyed for residential use in
<br />accordance with Grantee's proposal to purchase said Premises, which proposal is on file
<br />with the Community Development Agency, together with the final plans for said
<br />redevelopment approved by the Community Development Agency and the chief building _
<br />official of the City of Grand island, Nebraska.
