Kalkowski being first duly sworn upon oath, depose and state that he knows <br />of his own personal knowledge: <br />KKM Properties LLC, whose members are Clark A. Kalkowski, Karlye K. <br />Kalkowski and Cindy S. McHargue are the owners of record and present title holders <br />in fee simple of the real estate legally described as: <br />Lot Eight (8), Block Eighteen (18), Lamberts Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />That they are in either actual or constructive possession of said real estate and <br />the whole thereof, and that the immediate and remote grantors have a continuous and <br />unbroken record chain of title to such real estate and the whole thereof, for a period of <br />more than Eighteen (18) years last past, and that during that time title to said premises <br />has never been disputed. <br />That they made this affidavit pursuant to the provisions of the Nebraska <br />"Marketable Title Act ", being Section 76 -288 to Section 76 -298 inclusive, of the revised <br />Statutes of Nebraska, for 1943, reissue of 1986. <br />Further affiant saith not. <br />
