<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />P under the Deeds of Trust dated September 25, 2017 and September 29, 2017 and executed
<br />by CARLA R. DAHL, Trustee of THE CARLA R. DAHL LIVING TRUST under the provisions
<br />of a trust agreement dated August 5, 2008 and CARLA R. DAHL, As a Single Person, as
<br />t 4 Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee,
<br />R "� which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County on September 29,
<br />2017 as Instrument No 201706623 and Instrument No 201706624, and
<br />A WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Fifty Six (56), Larue Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />AND
<br />Unit 68, The Village Condominiums, as located on a part of Lot 4, The Village Fourth Subdivision to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according to a Master Deed and Declaration filed of record in the
<br />Office of the Restier of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on January 2, 2004 as Inst. 200400023, and
<br />amendment thereto as filed as Inst. 200505807, Inst. 200907125, Instr. 201104793, Inst. 201210158, Inst.
<br />201210159, Inst 201206668, and Inst. 201403663, TOGETHER WITH the undivided interest in the common
<br />elements as described in said Declaration and amendments, to be appurtenant to such unit.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deeds of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 16th day of October, 2017.
<br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 16th day of
<br />October, 2017 by Linda M. Glause, Assistant Vice President of Five Points Bank, a Nebraska
<br />corporation, on behalf of said corporation as Trustee.
