STAAB and ROSE MARY STAAB, Husband and Wife, to RONALD S. <br />DEPUE, Attorney at Law, Trustee, for the benefit of 3 H PARTNERSHIP, a Nebraska General <br />Partnership, the Beneficiary named therein, dated January 4, 1999 and recorded January 15, <br />1999, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 99- <br />100523, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of <br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of <br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived <br />to said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following- described premises, but only as to <br />such premises: <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4), Southlawn Second Subdivision to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such <br />premises. <br />Dated this 4O day of <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />ss: <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />On this &day of , 2000, before me, the undersigned, a Notary <br />Public duly commissioned and qualifi d for in said County, personally came Ronald S.
