Koenig St. <br />Grand Island, NE 68801 <br />GI14201- <br />,r- <br />w <br />RIGHT OF FIRST REFUSAL <br />This Agreement made and entered into this I % day of October, 2017, by and <br />between Zach Kramer and Jana Kramer, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Kramer ", <br />and Harlon Kenyon and Carol Kenyon, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as "Kenyon ". <br />WHEREAS, Kenyon is the present owner of the following described real estate: <br />Lot One (1), Van Gordon Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, EXCEPT the West 40 feet for road <br />Right -of -Way; and <br />Mos <br />C WHEREAS, Kenyon is selling to Kramer the above - described property and <br />desires to retain a right of first refusal to repurchase the above - described property, in the event <br />y <br />) that Krasner does not construct a single family dwelling on the premises. <br />G' <br />rn <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the recitals (which are incorporated <br />r herein by reference) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of <br />1 _ which is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br />C <br />1. In the event that Kramer has not constructed a single family dwelling on <br />I the premises and proposes to sell, gift, or otherwise transfer the above - <br />I H described property, Kramer shall provide written notice to Kenyon, by <br />ordinary first class mail, at 4152 Fleetwood Rd., Grand Island, NE 68803, <br />After receipt of said notice, Kenyon shall have 30 days after the date of <br />said receipt to complete the purchase of the property for the sum of <br />$15,000.00. If Kenyon does not exercise said right of first refusal within <br />the 30 day period set forth herein, such proposed transfer may be made, <br />provided the same is a bona fide offer from a third party. <br />2. In the event Kramer constructs a single family dwelling on the premises, <br />this Right of First Refusal is null and void and of no force and effect. <br />
