<br />Petition in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, against Claude R. Rinke, Walter L. Griffiths,
<br />Trustee, and One Stop Mortgage, Inc., a Wyoming corporation, Beneficiary, as defendants, the object and
<br />prayer of such Petition being to obtain an accounting, to foreclose a deed of trust given by said Claude R.
<br />Rinke, a single person, to Stewart Title Guaranty Company, as Trustee for the benefit of Norwest
<br />Financial Nebraska, Inc., n/k/a Wells Fargo Financial Nebraska, Inc., to foreclose any interest in or lien
<br />upon the real estate hereinafter described of the above -named defendants, to obtain an order for the sale of
<br />the real estate hereinafter described for the satisfaction of the indebtedness secured by such deed of trust,
<br />to reform the legal description contained in such deed of trust and to obtain other equitable relief, that
