Rev. Stat. §76 -201) <br />in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S1/2NE1/4) of Section Twenty -six (26), <br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6 P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Grantor reserves to herself, for and during her lifetime, the full benefit and use of the <br />above- described premises and the rents, issues, and profits thereof. <br />This conveyance shall be made subject to a right -of- first - refusal in favor of Rodney Jantzi, <br />for and during his lifetime. Before the above - described real estate can be sold, other than to <br />Rodney Jantzi, it must first be offered to Rodney Jantzi, in writing, at the same price as offered by <br />an outside party. The offer of the outside party must be in writing. Said outside offer, along with <br />a notice of availability of exercise of right of first refusal, shall be delivered to Rodney Jantzi by <br />certified mail, return receipt requested. Rodney Jantzi shall have thirty (30) days to exercise said <br />right of first refusal.
