Pickering and Gerianne Pickering, husband and wife, Trustors <br />under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on <br />February 25, 2000 as Instrument No. 200001556 of the Mortgage Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed <br />the following described real estate, to -wit: <br />LOT 8, RAINBOW LAKE SECOND SUBDIVISION, HALL <br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA, <br />have breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and are in default under <br />the terms of said Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: Failure to pay the note secured by <br />said Deed of Trust when due.
