<br />REVOCABLE TRUST DATED FEBRUARY 19, 1996 OR THEIR SUCCESSOR OR
<br />SUCCESSORS IN TRUST to Arend R Baack, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL
<br />SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated AUGUST 1, 2000 and recorded AUGUST 9, 2000 in the Office
<br />of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 200006421 has been paid,
<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
