<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT:
<br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION of Ten and 00/100 Dollars ($10.00) and other good and
<br />valuable consideration, cash in hand paid, the receipt and sufficiency which is hereby
<br />acknowledged, MICHAEL F. WIECK, unmarried, and MARK J. WIECK, now married and
<br />joined by his wife, KAREN L. WIECK, hereinafter referred to as "Grantor" does hereby grant,
<br />bargain, sell, convey, confirm and warrant unto MARK J. WIECK and KAREN L. WIECK,
<br />husband and wife, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, whose mailing address is 1003
<br />East 5th Street, Grand Island, NE 68801, hereinafter referred to as ``Grantee ", the following
<br />lands and property, with all improvements located thereon, lying in the County of Hall, State of
<br />Nebraska, to wit:
<br />Lot Five (5), Block Thirteen (13), Evans Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska and the Easterly One Half (E1/2) of vacated Evans Street as shown in Ordinance No.
<br />6245 recorded in the Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 78- 000259.
<br />Being the same property conveyed from Starostka Homes, Inc., the Grantor, to Michael F. Wieck
<br />and Mark J. Wieck, the Grantee, by deed dated 05/28/1996, and recorded 05/31/1996 as
<br />Instrument No. 96- 104283 in the Office of the County Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />LESS AND EXCEPT all oil, gas and minerals, on and under the above described property
<br />owned by Grantor, if any, which are reserved by Grantor.
<br />SUBJECT TO all easements, rights -of -way, protective covenants and mineral reservations of
<br />record, if any.
