James B. Respeliers, as Trustee, by Deed of Trust dated the 28th day of August, 1996,
<br />and duly recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 28'h
<br />day of August, 1996, at 96- 106761 in said office, which Deed of Trust conveyed to the Trustee
<br />certain real estate described in said Deed of Trust, in Trust, and which real estate is legally
<br />described as follows:
<br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NW1 /4NE1 /4) of Section Eight (8), Township (9), North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />in Hall County Nebraska, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the
<br />north line of said Section Eight (8), said point being Five Hundred Two and Five - tenths (502.5)
<br />feet east of the east right -of -way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence southerly parallel to
<br />said east line of the railroad right -of- way, a distance of Two Hundred Fifty and Nine - tenths
<br />(250.9) feet to the north line of Rief Addition; thence easterly along the north line of said Rief
<br />Addition a distance of Seventy -five (75.0) feet, to the northeast corner of Lot Thirteen (13),
<br />Block One (1), Rief Addition; thence northerly parallel to said east line of the railroad right -of-
<br />way, a distance of Two Hundred Fifty and Nine - tenths (250.9) feet to the north line of said
<br />Section Thirteen (13); thence westerly along the north line of said Section Thirteen (13), a
<br />distance of Seventy -five (75.0) feet to the place of beginning;
<br />Said indebtedness has been paid, the purposes of the trust have been fully satisfied, and a
<br />request for reconveyance has been made by the Beneficiary.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, and other good and valuable
<br />consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Trustee does
<br />hereby remise, release and quitclaim unto, Albert R. Clark and Rebecca M. Clark, Husband
<br />and Wife, as joint tenants with right of survivorship, their heirs, successors and assigns, all the
<br />right, title and interest which the Trustee has under and by virtue of said Deed of Trust in and to
<br />the real estate described in the Deed of Trust.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, together with all and singular the privileges and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging forever.
<br />AND FURTHER that said Deed of Trust is, by this instrument to be considered as fully
<br />and absolutely released, canceled, and forever discharged.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF the Trustee has caused this instrument to be executed on the
