<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS
<br />NOMINEE FOR U.S. BANK N.A., ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, has requested a reconveyance of
<br />the trust property to the person or person entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned as Trustee does hereby
<br />grant and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by
