<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ROBERT W
<br />GIESENHAGEN AN UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of
<br />UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein dated JANUARY 18, 2000 and recorded
<br />MARCH 31, 2000 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, INSTRUMENT #0200002510
<br />of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
