DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the <br />Deed of Trust dated August 26, 1996, executed by Mary Swenson, a single person, in which Five Points <br />Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #96- 106945 on the 4th day of <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points Bank, <br />as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above <br />mentioned as follows: <br />Lot Three (3) Le Heights Third Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, <br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally <br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand <br />Island, Nebraska this 11th day of May, 2001. <br />QOtNTS �� <br />04 <br />rn <br />t., AND. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />FIVE PO TS BANK, TRUSTEE <br />r itlEdward .O' yle <br />e: Executive Vice President <br />The foregoing Deed of Reconveyance was acknowledged before me this 11th day of May, 2001, <br />by Edward M.
