<br />1. The City of Grand Island, Nebraska, by action of its City - Cbmacil on March .15..
<br />1989, enacted Ordinance No. 7548 which directed the rrrreyan (. the real estate;

<br />.2. Ordinance No. 7548 was published in the Grand Island: , Daily Independent'
<br />a rd'tng.,to law, and notice of such sale and the terms thereof was published in ,the
<br />Grand 14and Daily Independent, a newspaper published in and of general circulation in. , .
<br />Grand Islarr-d, Hall County, Nebraska, for three consecutive weeks, on March 21, March .
<br />28;, and April 4, 1989, all as required by Section 16 -202, R.R.S. 1943, as amended.
<br />1: No remonstrance against such. sate was filed with the City Council of the City of
<br />Grand Aland, Hall 'County, Ri!;6ska, within thirty days of the passage and publication a; t
<br />Ordinance No. 7548. ;
<br />4. Section 5 of Ordinance No. 7548 provides that if no remonstrance is filed against
<br />such canveyance, the Mayor and City Clerk shall make, execute, and deliver to ROBERT
<br />A. ELLSWORTH and MARY KAY ELLSWORTH, husband and wife, a deed for said
<br />real estate, and the execution of such deed is hereby authorized without further action on,
<br />behalf" of the City Council.
