<br />improvements and buildings constituting part of the Trust Estate fay an amount no leas than the amount of the
<br />.unpaid principal balance of the Note (co•insu_ .a;yce not exceeding 80r "mpermitt:ed'). Such insurance policy shall contain
<br />a standard mortgage•:,.i au--4e in favor of Beneficiary and shall not becaaceilable, terminable or modifiable withoutten
