Octobers, 2028 <br />Notary Public <br />CO <br />The description of the area involved for this easement is more particularly described as follows: <br />THIS GRANT OF EASEMENT dated .g day of October, 2017 between KUESTER LAKE, <br />INC., a Nebraska Corporation, GRANTOR, and GARY R JACOBSON. Kuester Lake Inc. , Shareholder, <br />GRANTOR does hereby grant to the GRANTEE, his heirs and assigns, a permanent easement for construction and <br />operation of sewage treatment and distribution facilities on the lands of the GRANTOR located in the Southwest Quarter <br />(SW1 /4) of Section Thirteen(13), Township Eleven(11) North, Range Nine(9) West of the 6th P.M. in Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Lands for a sewage discharge line westerly from Lot No,14 under the roadway, then south adjacent to the roadway to <br />a treatment area fenced in the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W1/2 SW 1 /4) of said Section Thirteen(13). Lands <br />in this treatment area have been staked and set aside for a septic tank and leach field for Lot No. 14 <br />This grant of easement herein contained shall allow the GRANTEE, their heirs and assigns the right to utilize the <br />lands of the GRANTOR, described as the "common ground ", for construction of sewage facilities which may consist of <br />pipe, septic tank and leach field. The GRANTEE or its contractors shall minimize the destruction of the area and will <br />have the obligation to restore the ground surface and grasses or vegetation as near as possible to the original condition <br />The GRANTEE will assume any expenses that may be incurred from any action that may develop as a result of the <br />construction, cleaning, or rebuilding of these sewage facilities.
