STATE OF NEBRASKA, <br />) ss. <br />County of Hall. <br />DEED OF DISTRIBUTION BY <br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE <br />Jean Bergholz, Personal Representative of the Estate of Vaughn <br />Larsen Deceased, GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Jean Bergholz <br />GRANTEE, the following- described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. <br />fit. §76 -201): <br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of tract commonly <br />known as "Huston's Reserve" and more particularly <br />described in deed recorded in Book 86, Page 237, Records of <br />Hall County, Nebraska, same being a part of the Southeast <br />quarter of the Southeast quarter (SE 1 /4 SE 1 /4) of Section <br />Eight (8), in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), <br />West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and running <br />thence West on the North line of said tract, a distance of One <br />Hundred Thirty -Eight and One -Half (138 1/2) feet, thence <br />South at right angles and parallel with the East line of said <br />tract a distance of forty -four (44) feet, thence East on a line <br />parallel with the North line of said tract, a distance of One <br />Hundred Thirty -Eight and One -half (138 1 /2 ) feet, to the East <br />line of said tract, thence North Forty -Four (44) feet to the <br />place of beginning, said tract having a frontage of Forty -four <br />(44) feet on Broadwell and a depth of One Hundred Thirty <br />Eight and One -half (138 1 /2 ) feet. <br />GRANTOR has determined that GRANTEE is the person entitled to <br />distribution of the real estate from said estate.
