<br />DEED OF TRUST
<br />THIS DEED OF TRUST is dated September 29, 2017, among CARLA R DAHL, Trustee of THE
<br />CARLA R. DAHL LIVING TRUST under the provisions of a trust agreement dated August 5,
<br />2008 and CARLA R DAHL, As A Single Person ( "Trustor "); Five Points Bank, whose address is
<br />Diers Branch, 2009 N. Diers Ave., PO Box 1507, Grand Island, NE 68802 (referred to below
<br />sometimes as "Lender" and sometimes as "Beneficiary"); and Five Points Bank, whose address
<br />is P.0 Box 1507, Grand Island, NE 68802 -1507 (referred to below as "Trustee ").
<br />CONVEYANCE AND GRANT. For valuable consideration, Trustor conveys to Trustee in trust, WITH POWER OF SALE,
<br />for the benefit of Lender as Beneficiary, all of Trustor's right, title, and interest in and to the following described real
<br />property, together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures; all
<br />easements, rights of way, and appurtenances; all water, water rights and ditch rights (including stock in utilities with
<br />ditch or irrigation rights); and all other rights, royalties, and profits relating o the real property, including without
<br />limitation all minerals, oil, gas, geothermal and similar matters, (the " Property) located in HALL
<br />County, State of Nebraska:
<br />Unit 68, The Village Condominiums, as located on a part of Lot 4, The Village Fourth
<br />Subdivision to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, according to a Master Deed
<br />and Declaration filed of record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska on January 2, 2004 at Inst. 200400023, and amendment thereto as filed at Inst
<br />200505807, Inst. 200907125, Inst. 201104793, lnst, 201210158, Inst. 201210159, lnst
<br />201206668, and Inst. 201403663, TOGETHER WITH the undivided interest in the common
<br />elements as described in said Declaration and amendments, to be appurtenant to such unit.

<br />FUTURE ADVANCES. In addition to the Note, this Deed of Trust secures all future advances made by Lender to
