<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed
<br />executed by Stephen M. Beachler and Trudy A. Beachler, Husband
<br />and Wife, to AREND R. BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of Home
<br />Federal Savings said Loan Association of Grand Island, the
<br />beneficiary named:,therein, dated September 25, 1987, and recorded
<br />October 1, 1987, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall

<br />and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this.Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;

<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto
