<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated March 1, 2017, and Assignment of Rents dated March 1, 2017, executed
<br />by Jon M Myers and Chandra L Myers; Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank
<br />is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, entered as Instrument No. 201701361 on the 2nd of
<br />March, 2017, and entered as Instrument No. 201701362 on the 2nd of March, 2017, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Condominium Unit No. 802 The Yancey, A Condominium, The City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, a Condominium in accordance with the Declaration recorded October 17, 1984,
<br />under Document No. 84- 005507 of the County of Hall, State of Nebraska records as amended.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust and Assignment of
<br />Rents has been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust and Assignment of Rents, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee
<br />hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 25th day of September, 2017.
