Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. on June 14, 2011 by assignment recorded on June 17, 2011 at Instrument No. 201104506 as modified by Loan Modification Agreement executed by Judy K. Boltz and Derald L. Boltz Jr., Wife and Husband on February 1st, 2014 and filed on May 16, 2014 as Instrument No. 201402915 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes.
