The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the conditional ‘6' <br />assignment to HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, (Secured Party), by Terry Babcock and Tracy Babcock, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants, <br />(Debtors), of a Lease dated October 6, 2005, wherein KUESTER LAKE, INC., A Corporation, is the Lessor and <br />Terry Babcock and Tracy Babcock are the Lessees, such Lease commenced October 6, 2005 and terminates <br />September 31, 2040, and pertains to: <br />Lot Twenty (20), having a lake foot frontage on One Hundred (100') feet, situated on the East side of <br />East Portion of Kuester Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E1 /2SW1 /4), in <br />Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, <br />Nebraska <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtors to HOME <br />REDE SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, (Secured Party) as <br />additional security for payment of a note (bond) in the amount of $400,000.00 and a Financing Statement or <br />mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said note (bond). <br />Such assignment to remain effective until said note (bond) is paid. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA <br />COUNTY OF HALL <br />( ss: <br />C <br />c,) <br />CONSENT TO CONDITIONAL ASSIGNMENT OF LEASE <br />AS ADDITIONAL SECURITY <br />The foregoing Consent to Conditional Assignment of Lease as Additional Security was acknowledged before <br />me this f L }h day of September, 2017, by Jim Jeffries, President of Kuester Lake Inc., a Nebraska <br />corporation, on behalf of the corporation. <br />N e b r a s k a NOTARY <br />tNAN OY S.
