Baack, Trustee under a certain Deed of Trust dated July 28, <br />1998 wherein Lori A. Livingston, a Married Person, was the Trustor, which was filed for record <br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on September 8, 1998, as <br />Document No. 98- 108739, which contains as trust property, the following- described real estate: <br />Plat of a Tract of Land Comprising the Easterly One Hundred Fifty One and <br />Fifty Two Hundredths (151.52) Feet of Lot Seven (7), Norwood Subdivision in <br />the City of Grand Island, Nebraska. <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustor for the reason that the said Trustor, Lori A. Livingston, a <br />Married Person, has failed to make the payments of principal and interest due in respect to the <br />Adjustable Rate Note secured by the Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Adjustable Rate Note dated <br />July 28, 1998, owing from Trustor to the Beneficiary, Home Federal Savings and Loan <br />Association of Grand Island, pursuant to the terms of the Deed of Trust referred to above which <br />secures this obligation. <br />Arend.
