Kully, Trustors, whose mailing address is: 1605 Hagge Ave, Grand Island, NE <br />68801. <br />FOR VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, Trustor irrevocably transfers, conveys and assigns to Trustee, IN <br />TRUST, WITH POWER OF SALE, for the benefit and security of Beneficiary, under and subject to the terms <br />and conditions of this Deed of Trust, the real property located in 1605 Hagge Ave., Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska 68801, and legally described as follows: <br />Lot Eighty -Five (85) and the Easterly Half of Lot Eighty -Six (86) in Hagge's Subdivision of a <br />part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (NE1 /4NW1/4) and a part of the Northwest <br />Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW1 /4NE1/4) of Section Twenty -Eight (28), Township Eleven (11) <br />North, Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska. <br />SECURITY <br />A. The principal balance of $20,000.00 (Twenty- Thousand Dollars) plus interest at the initial rate of <br />four percent (4.75 %) shall be paid in full by September 5, 2027. The interest rate on this Deed of <br />Trust is subject to change from time to time based on changes in WSJ Prime Rate as set out on <br />Bankrate.com or other reporting service (the "Index ") plus one half percent (.50 %) If the Index <br />becomes unavailable during the term of this Deed of Trust, Beneficiary may designate a substitute <br />index after notifying Trustor. Beneficiary of this Deed of Trust will provide Trustor the current Index <br />rate upon Trustor's request. The Index currently three and one half percent (4.25 %) per annum. <br />B.
