<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, WILLIAM A. FRANCIS, of Grand Island, (�
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, is a Member of the Nebraska State Bar
<br />Association and the named TRUSTEE under a Deed of Trust dated SCE
<br />November 30, 2000, in which JIM NARBER, INC., is the TRUSTOR, and
<br />THE MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., is named as BENEFICIARY,
<br />recorded as Document No. 0200103721, in the Office of the Hall
<br />County Register of Deeds on the 26th day of April, 2001, and
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned as TRUSTEE has received from THE
<br />MEADOWS APARTMENT HOMES, L.L.C., as BENEFICIARY, written request to
<br />reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above
<br />mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Two (2) , Oakwood Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as TRUSTEE, does
<br />hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said TRUSTEE hereunder.
