Pennsylvania Ave., <br />Venango, NE 69168 owners, hereinafter referred to as the "SELLERS ", whether one or more, <br />and Mariano Gomez and Zoila M. Salazar Gomez, husband and wife„ of 424 N. Taft Ave., <br />Grand Island, NE 68801, hereinafter referred to as the "BUYERS ", whether one or more, on <br />the terms and conditions and for the purposes hereinafter set forth. <br />PROPERTY. The agreed upon sales price for the property is $53,250.00 (Fifty Three <br />Thousand Two Hundred Fifty Dollars & 00 /100) with interest from September 28, 2017, on <br />the unpaid principal at the rate of 4.5% per annum. <br />TERMS OF PAYMENT. Payments under this contract should be submitted to Juan and <br />Sandra Bazan at POB 155, Venango, NE 69168 or deposit directly into Juan and Sandra <br />Bazan's checking accout at the bank. <br />A down payment of $5,000.00 has been paid. Unpaid principal after the Due Date shown <br />below shall accrue interest at a rate of 4.5% annually until paid. <br />The unpaid principal and accrued interest shall be payable in monthly installments of $500.00 <br />beginning on October, 28 2017, and continuing until September, 28, 2027 (the "Due Date "), <br />at which time the remaining unpaid principal and interest shall be due in full. <br />
