Singer, hereinafter referred to as Grantor, of Grand Island, Nebraska, in consideration of One <br />Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantees, <br />Jay L. Singer and Anna M. Singer, husband and wife <br />hereby does remise, release and forever quit claim unto Grantees as joint tenants with rights of <br />survivorship and not as tenants in common, all of Grantor's rights, title, interest, estate, claim and <br />demand both at law and in equity of, in and to the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. <br />Rev. Stat. 76 -201): <br />Part of Lots Two Hundred Sixty -Five (265) and Two Hundred Sixty -Six (266) in West <br />Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: Beginning at the Southeast comer of said Lot 266, and running thence West along <br />the South line of said Lot a distance of 68.0 feet; thence turning and running North parallel <br />with the East line of said Lot, a distance of 104.47 feet; thence turning running East parallel <br />with the South line of said Lot, a distance of 68.0 feet; and thence turning and running South, <br />along the East line of said Lots, a distance of 105.5 feet to the point of beginning. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand on this /a day of September, <br />On this 1,t4 day of September, 2017, before me a Notary Public in and for said county and <br />state, personally appeared Jay L.
