KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: <br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust <br />Deed executed by Patricia Wieser, Trustor, to John R. Higgins, Trustee, <br />for the benefit of David C. Huston and Nancy L.
