<br />The undersigned Lessor, namely KUESTER LAKE, INC., hereby consents to the
<br />Conditional Assignment to EQUITABLE SAVINGS & LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND (Secured Party) by RICHARD A. ATCHITY AND MICHELLE R. ATCHITY, of a
<br />Lease dated August 18, 2000, wherein Kuester Lake, Inc. is the Lessor and RICHARD A.
<br />ATCHITY and MICHELLE R. ATCHITY are the Lessees, such lease commenced August 18,
<br />2000, and terminates August 17, 2035, and pertains to:
<br />Lot Eighteen (18) and Eighteen -A (18 -A), having a lake front footage of 125
<br />Feet, situated on the West side of the East Portion of Kuester Lake, and being
<br />on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter (E' /2SW' /4), in Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9), Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side by the common road;
<br />Said Conditional Assignment to which this Lessor consents was given by said Debtor to
<br />Lending Institution, as additional security for payment of a Note in the amount of ONE
<br />HUNDRED THOUSAND and NO /DOLLARS ($100,000.00) and a Financing Statement or
<br />mortgage covering the above - described premises and securing payment of said Note.
<br />Such Assignment to remain effective until said Note is paid.
