Atchity and Michelle R. Atchity, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants, the following property: <br />A. (18) and Eighteen -A (1$ -A), ha,0ng a lake front footage <br />of 215 feet, situated on the West side of the East Portion of Kuester <br />Lake, and being on a part of the East Half of the Southwest Quarter <br />(E' /zSW1i4), in Section Thirteen (13), Township Eleven 01) North, <br />Range Nine (9), Hall County, Nebraska, bounded on the Easterly side <br />by the common road; <br />such lot is as shown on the plat in the possession of the Lessor. <br />B. All improvements on said above - described premises. <br />C.
